Terms of Sale

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the specification recorded in the quotation. Changes to board, size, finishing or quantity may change the price and lead time.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we issue an order confirmation and receive the agreed deposit. Specification, price, lead time and quality commitments are those written in the order confirmation.

Samples and approval

Mass production follows approval of the printed sample. Colour is matched to the approved sample within normal commercial tolerance; minor variation between production batches is inherent to offset printing.

Payment

Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% against the bill of lading, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quality

If goods arrive outside the approved specification, notify us within 30 days of receipt with photographs and the inspection report. We will replace or credit the affected quantity.

Intellectual property

Artwork, brands and designs you supply remain yours. We do not reproduce your packaging for other clients, and we do not display your project in our marketing without written permission.
