Our Factory
2,000 m² of production, with every process from printing to hand assembly under one roof.
2,000 m² of production under one roof
Printing, die-cutting, finishing, rigid box making, corrugated lamination and hand assembly all happen on the same site. Nothing is sent out to a third-party workshop, which is why we can hold a date.
The plant covers printing, die-cutting, finishing and hand assembly under one roof. Peak season — August to November, when Advent calendar and holiday gift work lands — is planned for from June.
Our production team includes both directly employed staff and workers supplied by a licensed labour-dispatch agency, so headcount varies with the season. The figures published in our SMETA audit report reflect the workers present on site during the audit.

Six checkpoints before a carton leaves the building
- Incoming board and paper inspection against the approved specification, batch by batch.
- First-off approval: a signed sample is retained and compared at each production stage.
- In-line colour checks with a spectrophotometer against the approved proof.
- Final random inspection using the client's AQL where specified, with a written report.
- Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) welcomed and coordinated by our QC team.
- Batch-level ECT and burst strength reports for all corrugated orders.
Board, ink and waste

Chain-of-custody certified supply, with FSC® transfer documents issued alongside the shipping documents on request.
Soy and water-based inks

Recyclable by design
We will tell you when a finish breaks recyclability, and propose an alternative that keeps the look without the problem.
