Rigid Cosmetics Gift Set Box
A luxury rigid box with hidden magnets, a wrap-around lid and a custom EVA insert that holds each component in place through shipping.
When a set has to arrive looking untouched, the insert matters as much as the print. We build the outer as a wrapped rigid box with concealed magnets and a ribbon stop, then cut a fitted EVA or moulded-pulp insert so every jar and bottle has its own seat. Satin ribbon pulls lift the tray out of the base. Wrap paper can be printed or a textured speciality stock, and the outer lid takes full finishing: foil, emboss, soft-touch matt or a spot-UV pattern.
